PLUNGE CLUB- Brought to you by Sweat Sesh- a Community Cold Plunge Event held at Summit Holistic Healing from 10-12pm on March 9. This starts with a pre-event run with The Run Club, breakfast sandwiches made to order by Peter Bedrosian, sweet treats by The HumbleBee Shoppe, and tasty sips by Cordial Cowboy and Krankies Coffee. This event features the Grand Opening of Align. Holistic Bodywork’s newest space, Retreat, and will be having giveaway drawings for 2 lucky winners! Bring your plunge gear and a towel for some great vibes with the dj and other Plunge Club friends! FREE EVENT open to the public!
